How to Change or Upgrade Your Ticket Date
If you need to change the date of your Field of Screams tickets, you can do so quickly through our ticketing system:

Go to our ticketing site and click on “Upgrade My Order.”

Enter your order number (found in your confirmation email).

Select your new date and time (subject to availability).

Confirm your change — your updated tickets will be emailed to you right away.
Upgrading Tickets
The same process applies if you’d like to upgrade your ticket type (for example, from a Single Maze to a Double Maze or All Maze pass).

You’ll simply pay the difference in price during checkout.

Downgrades are not allowed — for example, you cannot change from a VIP or All Maze ticket to a lower-tier ticket type.
Additional Notes

Tickets can only be changed to dates that still have space available.

Discounted tickets (such as Opening Weekend specials) may have restrictions on which dates they can be moved to.

Your original tickets remain valid until the change is completed.
